Raj Group is engaged in offering Disc Filters which are specially designed for efficient as well as effective use and performance. Filtration process need to done in a strict way and to simply that use of the filters manufactured by Raj Group is a must.

Wide range of engineering methods is used for the manufacturing of the Disc filters of different shapes and sizes. The filters manufactured here come with superior filtration-surface area, helping in delivering excellent performance along with easy maintenance feature. Raw Material used for the manufacturing of excellent quality filters are sourced from the trusted vendors only. The materials are minutely chosen to face corrosion under critical environmental condition.

Application of the latest technology is done to maintain the quality in the production. The product is Easy to install and maintain and there is need of any tools for rising. The product is corrosion resistant and can perform best under pressure.

CLEANING INSTRUCTION
 
Cleaning of the water must be done when pressure differential across 0.5 kg/cm2.
Install the strainer in the main line after sand filter vertically / horizontally. Inlet should be on top side & outlet at the top. Provide proper support to ensure it does not vibrate due to water pressure.
Ensure ball valve is fitted before inlet of strainer.
Follow closing instructions as at'd' above.
To start the flow opens the flush valve gradually and slowly.
Ensure recommended pressure at inlet and slowly.
Filter element should be cleaned regularly on time by opening flush and closing outlet.
Clean element talking it out flush valve and closing outlet. Clean element talking it out under water tenderly & periodically.
Water soluble fertilizer and pesticides should be given through ventury. Strong chemical should not be poured into filter directly as it will affect filter element.
