With additionallyelectronic read-out of tracking information for humidity sensor, the device is extremely small in size with digital footprint of 3 x 3 mm. SH21 integrates sensors, calibration memory and adequate area for footprint. SH21 is fully protected with anti-shock facility and prevention from the expose of volatile chemicals.
This small IC finds application on user’s customized development / special application board demand. Output of the sensor is calibrated and linearized in digital and I2C format.
