We are offering microprocessor based digital preset counter / timer with memory.
Micro processor based 5-digit preset counter / timer with memory - pgd725 -can be programmed as per customer requirement. The preset values could be set using switches on the front panel.
the unit comes with 5 digits each in 2 rows. 10mm size 7 segment led display for process value and 8mm 7 segment display for preset value. The overall size of the unit is 72mm square with a depth of 110mm. The panel cut out size should be 68mm square.
Normaly the unit comes with pnp sensor or potential free contact inputs. On request npn sensor / 24 vdc / limit switch inputs can be provided. A 12 vdc input is inbuilt for proximity sensors.
Relay on time setting or auto reset is an inbuilt option. Additional features includes, provision to have 2 inputs and 2 relay outputs, external reset, works as a 2 individual units, programmable as per customer requirement like a dual preset timer or counter, cyclic timer, hour timer, length counter, timer cum counter, multi set counter or timer with a single input or two etc...
Supply voltage for the unit is 230 vac and output, 2 individual spdt relay out puts of 5 amps each at 230 vac.
