Differential Air Shafts are designed to deliver multiple roll tension equalization to slit rolls winding on the same shaft. Advanced features hold rolls straight and true, reduce roll loping and offer positive mechanical locking to prevent lateral roll movement for improved roll quality, reduced scrap and fast, easy setup.The Air Roll Lock Differential Air Shaft is suitable for the full range of converting and web production operations. Its rugged construction and shaft design is available in 3", 6", and 10" diameters and up to 150" wide. Air shaft weights for your specific application are available upon request.
