Differential Fill UP Floating Equipment

Stammford's differential fill up float shoe is designed with a differential valve, which help to maintain constant differential pressure inside or outside the casing because of entry of fluid through bottom of the casing. It works in peculiar way by dropping a weighted ball from the surface, which converts this valve in one way cementing. This type of filling action reduces run-in time casing and reduces surge pressure on formations.
