Contact SupplierHi Rel Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a paramount rotary UPS manufacturer, presenting diesel rotary UPS system. Hitec power protection is the largest manufacturer of Diesel Rotary UPS in the world. And Hi Rel Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a sole distributor of Hitec make diesel rotary UPS in India. For critical applications, a continuous power supply is a necessity. Our challenge is to provide customers with solution for their power quality problems before any losses occur. As a global supplier of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, Hi-Rel has become an industry leader in providing power quality solutions to mission critical applications & processes. Our commitment to excellence has created an unmatched reputation and allows companies to partner with us more easily for their long term and ongoing power solutions. Benefits & Functions of Diesel Rotary UPS :- Improve the quality of the power that is supplied to critical users. It filters voltage transients, peaks, sags & harmonic distortion etc. Provide power of the required quality during power interruptions and mains failures. The UPS system basically consists of a synchronous machine connected to the diesel engine with a stored kinetic energy source (further called induction coupling) between them. During normal operation (mains available), the synchronous mc is always running in parallel with the mains and, in combination with a reactor, supplies a stable voltage to the load. When mains fail the diesel engine is started up and the whole system transfers to diesel operation. The diesel engine reaches its normal speed in less than 2 seconds and can supply full load within about 5 seconds. During these 5 seconds power to the load is totally and then in part supplied by the kinetic energy stored in the induction coupling. After the transfer of load is completed the induction coupling is “recharged” with kinetic energy. If the mains return within the specification the system returns to normal operation, and is ready for the next mains failure. Finally, after a cooling down period of about 5 minutes, the diesel engine is stopped.
