Diesel Oil Purifier

The Filtek Centrifugal Oil Cleaner model FT025060200400600 are widely used on land based as well as marine generators since the last 40 years. This is a very effective bypass lube oil filtration to maintain the quality of lube oil for a longer period. The centrifuge is driven by the lube oil pressure of the engine to clean the oil down to 1 micron level. This cleanable unit requires no consumables and is very effective in increasing the oil drain intervals as well as the time between engine overhauls. The inlet to the centrifuge is taken from the lube oil pumplube oil cooler and the oil is drained back to the tank through the tappet coverinspection platecrankcase cover under gravity. A safety Cut-off valve protects the engine from oil starvation at low idle RPM. Negligible pressure drop paves the way for a safe and efficient oil filtration unit. Selection of Filtek Centrifuge model is based on the oil sump capacity of the engine.
