Die Heating Stress Relieving Furnace

We are offering die heating stress relieving furnaces for forging plants, in forging plants, die blocks wear out after certain amount of impressions. Major forging units provide welding under controlled conditions and stress relieving the dies, after this these dies are sent for machining to load on forging hammers presses, these furnaces with chamber construction with strong atmosphere circulation arrangement and die loading arrangement. Other option is to have small bogie trolley for loading the die in the furnaces with front door.
