The complex configuration of die-casting parts require state-of-the-art technology capability for tooling design and manufacturing. To satisfy the requirement for porosity ratio on the drawing, kds will use the die-casting technology for production and x-ray to inspect the porosity ratio for process control. mechanical strength is required with regards to complex configuration for tooling design.
