DIC Tools Polished External Thread Dies, For Industrial Use

We are Supplier of External Thread Dies which is used to cut the portion of the mating pair. The process of cutting tools using a die is called threading, whereas the process of cutting thread using a tap is called tapping. Our External thread dies is made from HSS in M2 and M35 grades. The proper Heat treatment is given to the tools for better performance. We use best quality raw material for producing these dies as we don’t compromise with the quality.

External Thread Dies, also known as a screw thread, is cut by hand with a round die which is fixed in a die stock. The Round Dies have three or more cutting edges, depending on their sizes. These dies are made from high speed steel and bright finished for long-lasting performance.
