Our Graphite has been used as Graphite Molds in Diamond tools industry to produce Diamond Saw segments, diamond core drills, Wire saws Molds ceramic cutting tools Etc. Our products has been a testimony for the above industries which works in extreme harsh environments of Pressure and high temperature.
Various Selective materials are being used to make Diamond tools side plates, back plates, electrode and the Diamond tool Graphite mold itself encompassing the need to produce diamond tools at a competitive cost.
After selection of right mix of Graphite for Graphite Diamond tool molds it will undergo machining in our machine shop, which is a combination of various conventional machines and Computer numerically controlled machines. Our materials boast of high thermal conductivity and low co-efficient of thermal expansion, which will give good dimensional stability for the molds. We give materials which aids in quick heating of mould by having high electrical conductivity.
