Various Selective materials are being used to make Diamond tools side plates, back plates, electrode and the Diamond tool Graphite mold itself encompassing the need to produce diamond tools at a competitive cost.

After selection of right mix of Graphite for Graphite Diamond tool molds it will undergo machining in our machine shop, which is a combination of various conventional machines and Computer numerically controlled machines.
