duratuf pulley lagging prevents belt slippage and protects from wear and corrosion and reduces material build-up. It also influences belt tracking positively. We manufacture pulley lagging in diamond, square, round profile and ceramic lagging, with or without special bonding layer.
duratuf diamond groove pulley lagging is a high grade natural rubber specifically designed to display excellent abrasion and ozone resistance. It has a diamond profile grooved surface to increase grip and disperse water and contaminants from the pulley surface
duratuf diamond groove pulley lagging is manufactured with a neoprene based cn bonding layer for easy bonding to pulley surfaces. This layer requires no buffing and can be used with many 2-part neoprene based lining glues. Diamond groove sheet pulley lagging is supplied in rolls for off-site application, allowing the pulley to be fully covered with a single sheet.
