DI Basic Lead Stearate that we offer is known to provide good heat stability to various compounds due to the presence of high free PbO compounds. This quality make it useful for several applications including the Applications PVC Compounds, Rigid PVC Pipes & Cables, PVC Profiles & Flooring, PVC Footwear, Master Batches and many more resistivity.
Dosage : 1-3 parts per 100 parts of Resin.

Storage Precautions

• Store DBLS in well ventilated room away from hot pipes or surfaces.
• Stack DBLS Bags on wooden Planks, up to six bags high and in stacks of not more than 200 Bags
• Ensure that DBLS Bags are cleared promptly from Rail Yards, Transport, godowns and Bags are stored in cool place.
• Use Corrosion Resistance Equipment for sampling and processing of DBLS.

Safety Precautions

• Use Hand Gloves and Dust Masks while handling during process.
• In case of Fire, use sand and Inorganic Chemical based Fire Extinguishers only.
