Desmopressin Tablets are widely used for controlling increased thirst and urination in patients suffering from head injuries, head surgeries, and diabetes. Our Desmopressin Tablets are accurate in composition and highly recommended by doctors for being pure and effective.

Indications :

Primary Nocturnal Enuresis / Nocturia
Overactive Bladder Syndrome
Central Cranial Diabetes Insipidus
Managment of polyuria and polydipsia
(Following head trauma or surgery in the pituitary region)

Dosage :

Central Diabetes Insipidus :
- Adult : Initial dose is 0.05mg BD & Optimal dose is 0.1-0.8mg/day.
- Paediatric (4 yrs. & older) : 0.05mg per day.
Primary Nocturnal Enuresis :
- Adult : Initial dose is 0.2mg/day & Optimal dose is 0.6mg/day.
- Paediatric (6yrs. & older) : 0.2mg - 0.6mg per day.
- Renally Impaired Patients : Not recommended in those patient whose CrCl below 50ml/min.
