Testing Facilities : We have maintained two distinct R&D laboratories. In one laboratory, the up gradation of existing processes and products are conducted which, leads to the development and adoption of cadmium-free brazing alloy. In another laboratory, development and adoption of new processes and products takes place that results in the development of electro-less gold plating. Specifically, dielectric coating after electro-less gold plating, electro polishing before electro-less gold plating, newer buff-polishing compound for mirror finishing, precision CNC cut bangles and wedding bands are some of the areas of our current R&D efforts for newer processes and products.
Quality Policy : We put special emphasis on the quality of the goods that we bring forth to the clients. We make use of highly pure metals for the purpose of alloying. Furthermore, we have designed process parameters that are strictly controlled during the entire manufacturing and designing process. All the products are tested on different parameters
