Aceclofenac in DENTOFLAM®-SP is an effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent with faster action and a good tolerability profile.
Paracetamol supports Aceclofenac with its proven Anti-pyretic action as well as analgesic action.
Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme produced by bacteria belonging to genus Serratia,further enhances the activity of Aceclofenac by catalyzing the hydrolysis of protein.Serratiopeptidase blocks palsmin inhibitors thus helping the fibrinolytic activity of plasmin.
