It is most efficient way to De- hull the oil seed which includes cotton seed, sunflower, soyben, peanuts, cocoa etc. This equipment cuts the seed & separates the hull & meat effectively with lesse powder formation. A special magnetic feeder is provided to avoid entry of metal pieces into huller machine. It has special graded metal drum rolls with interchangeable knife ally, shaft mounted in spherical roller bearing & housing. With the use of an adjustable feed damper & Changeable seed control gives accurate & reliable feed rate. The process of hulling begins with an adjustable mattered roll feeder attached with powerful magnets designed to offer absolute consistency & uniformity to the flow rate & also control foreign particels.
