UMS specializes in the deep drawing of cylindrical, oval, square, rectangular or oblong shapes etc for Automotive parts, Bearings, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Valves, Industrial Plumbing and HVAC. Medical Devices, Appliance control industries, etc

Raw Material:

• The raw materials we use are of various International Standards like DIN, BS, ASTM, EN, JIS, ISI, etc for ferrous, non-ferrous metals, Hard Material & other input forms are utilized.
• Ferrous Metals: High Carbon Steels (e.g. Music wire), Oil Tempered Low Carbon Steels. Spring Steels having Critical Chemical Compositions, such as Silicon Manganese, Chrome – Vanadium, Chrome – Silicon, Stainless Steel, etc
• Non-Ferrous Metals: Hard Brass Phosphor Bronze Beryllium Copper, Copper based alloys, Monel Titanium
• Raw Material Sizes Utilized for Cold Coiling: Coils/Wires From Ø 0.2mm TO Ø 14mm
• Hot Coiling

Supplementary Process:

• As a part of our Total solutions approach, we also undertake auxiliary and allied processes encompassing.
• Post Coiling: Stress Relieving, Shot Pinning, End Grinding
• Protective Coatings: Painting, Powder Coating, Black Oxidizing, Plating, Oiling
• Onward Operations: Further Assembly Operations and Testing as per Customer Specifications is undertaken
