Deep Drawn Components

We are in deep draw stamping field for over 50 years. Our components are supplied to many industrial OEM's including, automotive, appliance, electronics and Defence services.

We Produce extremely high quality Precision components having long lengths and small diameters with very tight tolerances from aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, cold roll steel, tin plate and a number of precious metal alloy. The ratio of diameter to is drawn height of 8:1 can be achieved from stainless steel and it's 20:1 for other alloys. A mirrored finish can be obtained utilizing nickel or chrome plate line. And the other finish available are buffing/polishing and high performance powder coating with various color options.
