Dedusting Machine

Our Dedusting Machine is uniquely designed to cater the requirements of various industrial applications especially the plastic recycling industry. To ensure good products from the recycled material, you have to remove the chips, dust, or powder generated in the process of grinding of recycled rejected articles of injection molding, plastic scrap, runners and spruces generated in injection molding. It is also used to remove the dust from the floor sweepings of plastic granules factory. Our Vibro Dedusting Machine reduces the chip/dust from this material thus reducing the quality rejection from molded articles. The Ground plastic material is fed in the centre of our Vibro Screen and the same is separated in two parts/outputs by vibratory motion giving product on one side and dust/chips/powder material on the other side continuously.
