Decoiling Machine

The Machine Consists of two sets of 6 Rolls in 2 planes (5 Straightening Rolls plus one Pinch Roll). The top rolls are idle and give the required bending moment for straightening the tubes and are adjustable vertically.The bottom rolls are driven. The drive consists of motor coupled to a gear box. Roll Material: HC HCr Hardened and Ground, Cutting Arrangement Pneumatic with PLC control,Machine made as per requirement for tubes of diameter up to 25 mm,Machine supplied with 1 set of rolls for any one size of tube. Additional rolls for other diameters of tubes available at extra cost, Decoiling speed can be supplied as per requirement,Drive: with 2 HP electric motor coupled to suitable Gear box,Control Panel supplied with the machine, suitable for complete operation of the decoiler and cutter.Length to be cut is variable and can be programmed with PLC control.
