Deadweight Testers are used for calibration of pressure gauges and all other Pressure sensing, transmitting and recording instruments having High Accuracy.
Deadweight testers consists of frictionless piston mounted on a rugged base. Its screw type operating system ensures an effortless operation. Rotation of the screw pump produces the pressure which is balanced by precision weighs directly marked in pressure units and stacked on the carrier weight. These testers are designed for precision accuracy of 0.1 % to 0.2%. (Accuracy of ±0.01 optional) Unit marking available in Kg/cm2, PSI or Bar etc.
Deadweight Tester is of robust construction with a sturdy steel base having adjustable screws.
