We have state of the art facility for manufacturing Organic Soybean Meal. APEDA NOP (US Organic / Canada Organic) / EU Certified Organic Soybean Meal Specifications Protein - Minimum 45-46% Fat / Oil - Minimum 6-8%, Moisture Maximum 5-8%, Sand / Silica - Maximum 1%, Crude Fibre - Maximum 6-7% The process starts with collection of organic soybean seed from our contract farmers. This farmer grade soybean comes to our factory which goes into our extensive soybean cleaning and grading unit. We use pre cleaner & fine cleaner (Grader), high quality de-stoner and magnetic separator, spiral separators, gravity separators and at the end it further goes through unique Hand Picking System. These clean soybean seed is then crushed into optimum size and then extruded to cook soybean, unlock oil cells, increase digestibility, regulate parameters such as urease activity, trypsin, KOH, etc. The output is full fat organic soybean meal with 18-19% oil content. We may further extract the oil using screw press expeller to bring down the oil content to 6-7% and extract some of the organic oil from soybeans. It is free from any chemical such as hexane / any petro chemical product because oil is extracted from unique extrusion and expelling mechanism. Anti-nutritional factors can be deactivated, modified or reduced by this mechanical extraction. INDIAN ORGANIC NON GMO YELLOW SOYABEAN MEAL, (yellow soybean meal Produced) from Organic Soybean are grown without the use of conventional pesticides and artificial fertilizers, Genuine, Pure, free from contamination by human or industrial waste. We strictly adhere to the norms of certifying bodies such as NOCA, ECO CERT, LACON, ONE CERT ASIA etc. Organic soybean meal offered by us is used as livestock / poultry / cattle feed raw material and is free from insect, visible / invisible fungus infestation and from any sort of musty odour. These organic soybean are very rich source of protein and applicable as protein supplement.
