DAMPLAST is a kind of advanced functional masterbatches designed to bind moisture during the process of plastic material. It can dramatically absorb moisture from plastic during extrusion process. Foam, gradation, crack, dot problems raised by moisture will be solved through adding Damplast MB. It improves productivity,overall strength and reduces cost. It is widely used for recycling Carry Bag,Tarpulins,Moulded Furniture,Mulch Films recycled plastic of PP, PE, and PS during molding and Blowing process.
The active ingredient in thease masterbatches can react chemically with water molecules and effectively remove them from the system. When processing polymer with a high moisture content the polymer can become porous and show voids in moulded articles or extruded sheet. In film applications the high moisture content can lead to lensing and film bubble breakage. Damplast desiccant offers a simple and cost effective solution to solve moisture problems.
