Water based inks provide an alternative to these solvents and a means of eliminating both pollution and many of the regulatory constraints on the printer. Water base inks are made from non-flammable, lower odours sustainable resources, this reduced incinerator costs, this reduced environmental costs, Low or no VOC component. Also this inks are RoHS Compliance. This inks are easier to formulate inks for direct indirect food contact, Improves plant working conditions. Printing is done with flexographic process over conventional rotogravure printing. The small run lot can effectively process for multicolour print reduce inventory cost of packaging materials.
