J.p. Deburring brushes is well known for its deburring brushes (soft abrasives). We provide customized solution for deburring and surface preparation for various industries. Our brushes are made of heat stabilized 612 nylon. The abrasive grits and nylon are co-extruded in to mono-filament. The result is a flexible homogenized structure that has by weight approximately 30% abrasive loading. The abrasive grits are exposed on all surface of the filament and functions much like a flexible file.
Our brushes are available in following grades silicon carbide, aluminium oxide, ceramic and diamond.
