Cylinder Bake Out Oven/Vaccum Bake Out Oven

Our Cylinder Bake-out System plays highly efficient role in removing the contaminants from the gases in cylinder. By removing the contaminants like oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons from the gas mixture in the cylinder, our Cylinder Bake-out Systems improve their functioning. Our Cylinder Bake-out System offer high speed performance for large number of gas filled cylinders.
It Consists Of

• Manifold in an insulated box with hoses and cylinder holding brackets for heating up of cylinders up to 80 degree Celsius
• Vacuum pump having 15 meter cube capacity for filling of high purity gases (sufficient for 10 cylinders)
• Valves located on the exterior for preventing exposure to higher temperatures

Important details

• Entire bake-out process can be completed within two to three ours for 10 cylinders
• Mostly, only vacuum baking of cylinders is required to achieve the desired properties of the grade of the gas
