We are offering cutter works on the principle of cuttingshearing materials in-between two sharp edges. Raw materials entering cutter in a spreaded fashion will get cut continuously in-between stationary and rotary knives. A perforated sheet will be provided at the bottom of the cutter which controls the size of output. Cutter is fabricated with heavy steel plate and with robust structure. The cutting knives are manufactured with precision using special steels to retain sharp edge for long time.
Application:
widely used for cutting dry red chilies to make chili flakespizza topping chili. Best suitable for chili de-seeding in spice oil and oleo-resin companies. Also finds application in cutting turmeric fingersbulbs, dry ginger, herbs, roots, plant materials, dried coconut, cellulose sheet and hosiery materials etc.
