Custard

Custard powder is a fine textured powder made from Corn Flour. It is a common food ingredient in Europe and most notably used in British cooking. It is like starch that has been coloured yellow, and flavoured so that when hot milk is added it will thicken the liquid and give it the right colour, taste, and aroma of custard sauce.It is also used for preparing fruit trifles and other desserts.
