Process Details : The CTC process of rolling is comparatively rigorous one, for the leaf which is forced through a machine having two cylinders. The cylinders move in inverse direction with marginal clearance between them. The cells of tea leaf get ruptured for intensive fermentation. Fermented tea is dried in drum. The drum when revolves makes the tea granular.
