NCT CHASERS for chasing grooves in segments/rolls are also made from M 15 steel and manufactured to the exacting standards required by the Tea Industry. These are available with 6 TPI ,8 TPI or 10 TPI in"U" and "V" profiles.
Optimum combination of microstructure, grain size and hardness are ensured in heat treatment for durable performance. On specific demand, cutter / chasers are also made from AISI M-2 / M-35 / M-42 and others HSS grades of customer̢۪s choice.
