Crystal Non Magnetic V Blocks

The 'V’ Block have two 'V’ angles of different sizes to take jobs of various dimention. By means of clamp the work can be held rigidly to the 'V’ Block. The top 'V’ and bottom 'V’ are parallel within ± 3 micron and it's squareness to the end faces and height variation to the 'V Block in a pair is within ± 3 micron.
In Built Features :
1. ' V’ Block are hardened and ground to 60 HRC.
2. Precision ' V’ Block for Toll Room, Inspection, Work, Assembly Shop.
3. All sides precision ground, Parallel and square.
4. ' V’ groove ground central and parallel two sides & base matched with ± 3 microns.
5. Supplied with clamp for holding job.
6. Hold square and round work.
7. Permits grinding ends of work square with sides.
