We offer low temperature cryostats for Liquid Helium with LN2 shielding. The compact size makes them particularly convenient to use in Laboratory experiments and in Beam line. Complete customized solution for Cryogenic and Vacuum Engineering is provided. We are specially expertise in building prototypes and innovative developments.We are one of the suppliers of super insulated Cryogenic storage and transport vessels and dewars for cryogenic liquefied gases (nitrogen, oxygen, argon, helium and liquid air ) and biological storage dewars. We produce vessels and Dewar of capacity from 2 to 1000 litres in Aluminium and Stainless Steel.Vacuum-insulated piping systems manufactured of stainless steel for the transport of cryogenic liquefied gases like Helium, nitrogen and oxygen. The piping systems are produced as rigid and as flexible bellow sections. We provide Cryogenic Valves and Bayonet for Helium and nitrogen services.Complete design, Process analysis and development of Cryogen distribution system for Particle accelerator, Superconducting magnet Cooling System and laboratories.

Cryopump and cryogenic traps
To achieve ultimate vacuum and avoid any vacuum accidents we provide customize solutions for Cryopumping and inline cryogenic traps for semiconductor and particle physics applications. These plants can have active nitrogen cooled panels or Helium shields at 80K/20K with CCR’s.

Cryogenic Grinding of Spices
We provide custom solutions and Systems for the Cryogenic Grinding of Spices. Cryogenic grinding involves cooling a material below its embrittlement temperature with cryogenic fluid. Typically Liquid Nitrogen/ saturated Vapor Nitrogen or in certain applications, liquid Carbon Dioxide is used.The advantage is increased throughput & power saving, Approx. 2 - 3 times higher grinding capacity. It helps to maintain Aroma, Taste and quality.

We provide recondenser systems using CCR for your table top application like sample cooling, SC magnet and motor testing. The recondensing capacity is ~1.5W @ 4.2K  per cryocooler.

INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems have team of subcontractors which includes welders, Fabricators, machinist, CNC machine operators and chemical electro polishing laboratory which are qualified and highly experienced. The welders qualification covers thickness range from 0.15mm to 25mm; they have gain a great experience in TIG welding most of all on stainless steel with or without filler material, aluminium and copper. We have special vacuum and Hydrogen brazing facility with one of the vendors to carry out precision low temperature equipments.
Helium Leak detection, outgassing and base pressure measurements, bake out and heating, cold shock testing, cleaning procedures have been developed according to main research centres and industries requirements.
INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems provide raw materials according to ASTM or EN-ISO standards. On special requirements we can provide certification and test results from third party. The laboratory test can be done for inclusion level content, grain size, magnetic permeability, ultrasonic analysis, dye penetrant, following ASTM or EN -ISO standards.
Engineering, Research and Design Department:
INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems include an engineering department that is able to develop and manage UHV, cryogenics and turnkey projects. We design the equipments and products according to ASME, DIN or EN-ISO codes. INDUS Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems is equipped with following software, suitable for designing:
AUTODESK INVENTOR 2012: for 3D drawings (Subcontractor/vendor draughtsman for INDUS)
AUTODESK AUTOCAD MECHANICAL 2012: for 2D drawings (Subcontractor/vendor draughtsman for INDUS)

Our Engineering, Research and Design Department are composed of Master Cryogenic engineers (IIT Kharagpur) with several years of experience in designing UHV and cryogenic components. A Master in physics is responsible for data analysis and for the development of vacuum testing procedure and vacuum measurements.
