Manufacturing process :
the contaminants such as dust, glass, rocks are separeted from the tyre buffings. Mechanical breaking down the rubber into small particles using roller grinder mill machine. Then it is passed though the screens for various grades.

10 mesh20 mesh30 mesh : 30 mesh means passing the ground rubber through screen wth 30 holes per inch.
