Cross Shaft Power Press bnx Series is applicable for light, thin material for single and continuous operation in blanking, piercing, bending, forming. The ring frame construction eliminates angular deflection and provides an increased precision for progressive die application. This reduces the maintenance costs on tooling.
The Cross Shaft Press bnx series has a rigid frame construction, less deflection, high torque clutch and brake and forged rigid cranks which ensure press life and accuracy. Motorized Grease lubrication with sensor ensures the operation reliability. User friendly design and 24VDC electric control system enables the accessories to attach easily.
The larger 6 point gibes are centered in slide and provides better resistance to off center loads. The user friendly design and 24VDC electric control system allows for easy integration of auxiliary equipments and automation.
