We The Indian Electric Company are the authorised Dealer of CG Power (Crompton Greaves) Crusher Duty Motors having range from 0.55 KW to 600 KW & 0.75 HP to 800 HP. This motors are 3 phase with 415 volt & Frequency of 50 Hz. The crusher duty motors available in 1500 RPM, 1000 RPM, 750 RPM & 600 RPM with respect to 4 Pole, 6 Pole & 8 Pole & 10 Pole. Available Frame sizes are from 80 to 450 frame. Mounting options are B3 (Foot Mounting), B5 (Flange Mounting), & B14 (Face Mounting) available with Terminal Box Position at TOP Side, LHS Side & RHS Side. This motors having standard cooling system IC411 and options having with IC410 also. Ball bearings used in Frame 80 - 250 & above Frame 280 – 450 there are Roller bearings used in it. Crusher duty motors are available in insulation class F & temperature rise Class B. This motors are Painted with colour Light Gray (631 IS-5) (other on request). Steel Fan cover is fitted to protect cooling fan. Gel coat on winding overhang from frame 80 to 450. Anti-condensation heaters also available in frame 280 to 450. This motors are Inverter Duty (with derate) Variable Torque: 10:1, Constant Torque: 2:1. Ambient temperature of crusher duty motors are 20 °C to + 50° C.

Warranty: Motors are covered by warranty under proper use, for faulty material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier.
