Cripol HGN-10

We are a one end destination to procure CRIPOL HGN-10 that is a textile printing thickener derived from Guar gum. We make available cold water soluble Cripol HGN-10 thickener that is extensively used for printing on Nylon and silk where fixation of Acid dyes are done by high pressure method. Our CRIPOL HGN-10 has fast developing viscosity, more bright color, High color yield, excellent levelness, high penetration and good wash off properties and have better theology. The Cripol HGN-10 that we supply is known for giving higher production without any faulty prints. Our Cripol HGN-10 is free from chocking of screen. The pH of the printing paste adjusted to 5.0 - 5.5 with a non volatile organic acid. It is compatible with typical discharge chemicals like stannous chloride, Rangolite etc.
Method of preparation
The stock paste of CRIPOL HGN-10 is prepared easily by dissolving 10% powder in cold water uniformly by stirring about 30 minutes. Leave the stock thickening as such for minimum 4 hour. Stir the stock paste well before use. All the required auxiliaries to be added after complete swelling time. Care should be taken to avoid any lump formation.
