CRI Regenerative Monoset Pump (ARM & ASM Series)

C.R.I. Regenerative Monoset Pumpsets volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristic. Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal made of carbon & ceramic is fitted over the shaft, which is ground to close tolerance. Brass insert provided inside the pumpset reduces wear & tear, ensure durability and prevents the pumpsets from seizing, if it is kept idle for long Period. These pumpsets are with inbuilt check valve on the sunction side and there is no need for foot valve. Pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, AC induction two pole and four pole motors suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel lamination.
Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibrations and noise free operations. Constructions of motor frame and usage of quality materials result  in high performance and low temperature raise, thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. T.O.P (Motor protector) is incorporated in single-phase motors. Three-phase pumpsets require an adequate motor protection control panel.
