CRGO Electrical Steel Coils

We can provide CRGO mother coils and CRGO Slit Coils, also known as Metal Coils, to customers specification from the required grade of materials.

Slitting :

The CRGO steel is received in the form of coil and can be silted in the minimum width of 10 mm and multiples of 5 mm. The cutters are frequently grinded to control the burr level. The Slitting is done from CRGO Mother coils available from leading Coil manufacturers in the market.

It is well known that handling and processing of Grain Oriented Electrical Steel (CRGO) can create undesirable stresses within the metal internal structure and at the cut edge.

These stresses are a result of distortion of the crystal structure caused by the shearing process and result in increase of the hysterisis and decrease of permeability
