Crankshaft manufacturing was started by Mr. Prakash N. Moliya, along with the team developed various crankshaft models for various companies gaining wide experience.
Jay Surapura Industries is a Manufacturers & Exporters of Crankshafts & Shafts, which are suitable for almost every application such as Compressors (Air & Refrigeration) and Engines (Automotive, Agriculture, Stationary, Tractor, Industrial, Marine, Earthmover etc...)
Over the years, JSI has been investing in expanding its Capacities and Capabilities. Our machine shop is fully equipped with almost every necessary Machineries as well as fully calibrated Testing Equipments.Our capacity is to produce the Crankshafts ranging up to 1500mm Between the Centers and 200 Kg. of Maximum Weight. JSI is having complete machining setup with adequate in-house facilities including Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) & CNC Turning Centre (CNC) and other SPMs.
We have our own Laboratory & Standard Room (with 'Height Master' for Geometric Inspection setup). Also, our Shop Floor & Tool Room are having suitable machineries, which made us experts in Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding & other critical operations to shape highly accurate components in appropriate terminology.
