Crankshaft Eengine Bearing Caps

We manufacture and supply engine bearing caps for heavy duty diesel engines for oems in india like man and force motors. This critical part is made out of sg iron castings of grade 600 3 or 500 7. The castings are developed in belgaum, karnataka foundries and are machined on our vmc machines for dimensional accuracy and productivity. We have a dedicated set up for engine bearing cap machining. Presently we manufacture about 20,000 no month and have an additional capacity for 10,000 nos more.
