These can be cooked with spices and vegetables after soaking overnight. They are also used as an important ingredient in soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches and many other dishes as a taste-enhancing and healthful ingredient.

Soil should be mixed with well rotten Cow dung. Sow seeds in rows at distance of 2 feet between row to row and 0.5 feet between plant to plant. Irrigate immediately and then as per requirement. Harvest after 50 – 55 days.
