This architecturally exquisite, five sections canvas villa is 10.5m x 10.5m with a soaring 5m center canopy.
the villa has an enormous advantage when accommodation is only needed for part of the year (e.g. Monsoon areas) as tents can be stored safely thereby increasing their life span. A further advantage of this flexibility would be the possible relocation of tents to a different site if circumstances were to change rendering the current site unsuitable or whatsoever. On top of that the tents are relatively inexpensive, environmentally sensitive and above all extremely comfortable and elegant.
the villa includes - zinc electro plated in gold finish steel frame, pvc rain fly, 90% shade fly, curtain rods, interior curtains, canvas body with windows and door, ground rail, cotton roof linings, interior drapes and setup instructions.
Excludes - decking, interiors, plumbing, electrical etc.
installation - the villa should be installed on a plinth, preferably a raised wooden platform, ensuring minimal impact on the natural environment and flora, and creating an effective barrier against moisture. The foot plates are made so that the tent is securely attached to the platform. All openings are protected by nets and incorporate storm flap bag, ensuring you a safe and relaxing environment inside, for you or your guests.
