Features :

Hydro-Pneumatically operated suitable to grind all kinds of top rollers with surface finish / accuracy as per international standards.
Grinding of Ring Frame & Speed Frame top rollers are with 200mm wide emery by the help of specially designed Pneumatically operated centreless grinding attachment. Loading & Unloading of top rollers are automatically with auto feeding system which is controlled by digital electronic timer.
Electronic timer is provided to set the grinding time.
Draw Frame and Comber rollers are grinded between center with 25 mm emery.
Designed for high accuracy, more productivity with very less maintenance.
Taper Grinding system is provided for comber detaching roller.
High efficient dust extraction unit is provided.
Production Capacity : 325 to 350 Top Rollers of R/F & S/F per hour.
