Corrugated Forming Machine

This shear strikes slowly by hydraulic cylinder. The shear comprises a fixed lower knife beam and upper moving knife beam actuated by one hydraulic cylinder. A Spring operated sheet clamp will be provided to hold the sheet during the shear operation. A Hydraulic Unit provides hydraulic power for the shear. It comprises a hydraulic pump and A.C. motor mounted on a mild steel tank base plate. The unit is complete with oil filter, filler cap, oil level indicator with dial and the necessary supply and return flanges. A control station is supplied and is situated in a convenient position. The station contains the necessary pressure gauge, control valves, other hydraulic valves and necessary piping.
