The production unit comprises of latest Chinese technology, 5 ply corrugation machine, fully automated with moisture control. The new corrugation machine works in such a way that a 5 ply board comes in one single shot. The machine comprises of heat rollers before corrugation for removing the moisture of the paper and it is attached to a rolling belt which is long enough and provides the board a tuff support and helps the board to stick properly with very low moisture content and provide the better strength to the board.
About the printing machine, we are having flexo printers, slotters and die cutters in one single machine, the printers comprise of multiple colors at a time with flawless printing quality. As an add – on to our services we are having a new automated stitching machine which helps in reducing the probability of defects in the product.
