Corrosion Test Chambers

 The team thought of a reliable alternate to the traditional 'salt spray chambers' approach. The outcome is 'DCTC®', an approach that favors studying the specimens undergoing 'scab' and 'filiform' corrosion tests. The designing of these chambers ensured the use of plastic non-corrosion materials to deliver ideal seal over time.

Comprehending the needs of the industry, we designed two distinct models. The 'basic' version comes withmanual control system, while the 'programmable' (P) version comes with µPLC-based control system (along with 5-function keyboard and display that favors automatic tests).

Mentioned hereunder are some noticeable attributes of this series:

• The hood is completely transparent with servo-assisted opening and automatic stopping of the test
• Control of compressed air flow is managed through regulating valve manometer
• Reading of the saline solution flow is managed with the help of a flowmeter
• The (P) version comes with an automatic system which supports lessening of fumes in the test compartment
• Lateral modules are detachable ensuring trouble-free upgrade of the compartment from 600 litres to 1200 litres beyond ensuring easy entry in small rooms
• Elevated precision spraying of saline solution and elevated resolution dosage
