Corona treaters for multilayer film plants are specially designed for higher output power capacity as per the client’s requirements. IGBT base corona generator ensure easy and reliable working at a higher frequency in the range of 20 k c/s to 40 k c/s. The heart of Corona genrator is high frequency invertor. Specially selected Components are used from the components suppliers like Semikron , Epcose (Siemens Germany) to ensure long life service. The body of panel is Powder coated to keep the unit dust free & stain free. The Display pannel is at a sutable lavel for Easy Working.

Specifications :-

1. High frequency working based on IGBT technology

2. Inpute voltage single or 3 phase as per requirement.

3. Capacity to deliver output power from 1.5 K.W. to 10.0 K.W.

4. Working frequency in the range of 35 kc/sec.

5. Internal sencers for Overload Trip.

6. "Zero speed Switch" to cut off power when incoming film breaks.

7. Trip alarm systerm.
