Coriander Seeds

Coriander Seeds also called as Dhania and scientifically as Coriandrum sativum. Coriander Seeds belongs to Apiaceae family. Coriander Seeds are cultivated in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, U.P., etc. Coriander Seeds are mainly used as a condiment for their medicinal properties as well as for culinary purposes as spice. Green leaves of coriander are also extensively used for culinary purposes. Coriander Seeds keep away visible mould, live insects, any harmful foreign matter and musty odour.
