The Armouring cum core laying machine / Rigid Stranding Machine (Tubular Stranding) and all Wire and Cable making machines have self aligned spherical roller bearings on ends, fine locking and tension device that provide on cradle pintle. All guide rollers are made using carbon steel where wire runs through heavy gear transmission system with different speeds to get different lays of wires in stranding & 1+6 tubular stranding Laying operations.
